Cabbage Idli also known as Cabbage Undi is a very popular delicacy of the Konkani cuisine in India. It can be consumed during breakfast, dinner or even as an evening snack. Cabbage Idli is really tasty and healthy because of the inclusion of raw cabbage while making the batter besides rice and coconuts. It does not require any side dip as a rule such as chutney or sambar. It can be eaten as it is or dipped very lightly in coconut oil as a flavor enhancer.
