Ingredients

  • 1 ripened avocado
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp crushed pepper

  • 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
  • 3 slices bread, white or brown
  • 1½ tsp butter
  • ½ tsp mixed herbs
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • 2 tsp green chutney
  • 3 slices tomato
