- 1. 200 gms Frozen Corn cooked as per package instruction
 - 2. 50 gms Cilantro finely chopped
 - 3. 2 Jalapeños chopped
 - 4. 1 small Red Onion finely chopped
 - 5. 1 Poblano Pepper roasted and chopped
 - 6. 3 tbsp Lime Juice
 - 7. 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
 - 8. Salt to taste
 - 9. Pepper a pinch
 
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients along with lemon and lime juice together in a large mixing bowl.
Then season to taste with salt and pepper.
