Fried Pickled Jalapenos

- 1. 1 cup Pickled Jalapeños
- 2. 3 tbsp Chickpea Flour
- 3. 3 tbsp Corn Flour
- 4. 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 5. 1/2 tsp Salt
- 6. 1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- 7. 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 8. 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 9. Oil to Fry
- 10. Water as required for the batter
Instructions
Start by removing the moisture from the Jalapeños by placing it on a paper towel.
In a mixing bowl, add all the other ingredients except oil and mix well to make a thick batter.
Coat each pickle slice in batter and deep fry it in hot oil.

Notes
1. To re-crisp any leftovers, heat them in an oven or air fryer at 350°F for 5 minutes.
