Homemade Thai Curry Powder

- 1. 2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 2. 4 Bay Leaves
- 3. 1 Clove (whole)
- 4. 5 tbsp Whole Coriander Seeds (or ground)
- 5. 3 tbsp Cumin seeds (or ground)
- 6. 2 tsp dry ginger powder
- 7. 1 tsp Black Peppercorns (or ground)
- 8. 1 tsp Chili Flakes
Instructions
Add all the ingredients in a skillet over medium heat and toast it for 2-4 mins until fragrant.
Let it cool for 5 mins
Place toasted spices in a blender and grind to a fine powder.
Your Homemade Thai Curry Powder is ready in a jiffy! π
Notes
Transfer the cooled Thai Curry Powder to an air-tight container and store in a cool, dark place.
