No Yeast Eggless Vegan Banana Bread

- 1. 2 Ripe Bananas, mashed
- 2. 1/2 cup Sugar
- 3. 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 4. 1/2 cup Oil
- 5. 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 6. 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 7. 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 8. Salt, a pinch
- 9. 5-8 walnuts roughly chopped
- 10. Oil, to grease loaf pan
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine mashed bananas and sugar and mix well. Next add oil, vanilla extract, baking powder, baking soda and mix well.
Now add all-purpose flour, chopped walnuts and salt and mix until you don't see any dry flour.
Transfer this banana bread mix to a greased loaf pan. Spread it evenly and tap gently. Garnish with some walnuts on top.
Bake it for about 40 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Allow it to cool for 15 mins and run a knife along the edges of the loaf pan and gently remove the bread.

Use overripe bananas for best results.
