- For The Dough:
- 1. 3 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 2. 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 3. 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 4. 3/4 tsp Salt
- 5. 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 6. 1/4 cup Water
- 7. 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- For The Pizza:
- 1. 1/2 cup Pizza Sauce
- 2. 1 cup Choice Toppings (Sliced Onions, Mushrooms, Bell Peppers, Olives, etc.)
- 3. 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients for the dough together in a bowl, adding water carefully, and knead well till you get a soft dough.
Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead a few more times, shaping dough into a ball.
Cover with a damp towel and set aside in a warm place for 25-30 minutes for the dough to rise.
Flatten dough ball with your hands on a lightly floured work surface and stretch out to form the pizza base of your desired thickness. Poke with a fork throughout the surface, except the crust.
Bake the Pizza Base at 425Β°F for 5 mins and take it out of the oven.
Top it with pizza sauce and all your favorite toppings. Top it up with lotsa' mozza'. π
Bake pizza at 475Β°F until the crust is browned and the cheese is golden, about 10-15 minutes.
Your No Yeast Pizza is now ready. Cut a huge slice and indulge in the goodness! Yumm! π
