    Ingredients

    • Vegetables:
    • 1. 100 gms Baby Corn
    • 2. 100 gms Cauliflower florets
    • 3. 100 gms Zucchini cut into circle 1/4 inch thickness

    • For Batter:
    • 1. 100 gms Corn flour -
    • 2. 50 gms All Purpose Floor (Maida)
    • 3. 50 grms of Rice floor
    • 4. 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
    • 5. 1 tsp Coriander powder
    • 6. 1 tsp Red chili powder
    • 7. 2 tsp Garam Masala
    • 8. 1/2 tsp Ajinomoto (Optional)
    • 9. Salt to taste
    • 10. Food color (Yellow/Red) (Optional)
    • 11. 3 cups of Vegetable oil for Frying
    • 12. 1/2 cup of water
    • For Gravy:
    • 1. 1 Medium onion (Finely Chopped)
    • 2. 2 garlic cloves(Finely chopped)
    • 3. 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
    • 4. 1 tsp Red Chili powder
    • 5. 1 tsp Coriander powder
    • 6. 2 green chili (Finely chopped)
    • 7. 2 tbsp Red/Green Chili sauce
    • 8. 1 tsp Vinegar
    • 9. Salt to taste
    • 10. 1 tsp Cumin seeds
    • 11 3 tbsp of oil
    • 12. Food color (Yellow/Red) (Optional)

    Instructions

    Mix all the ingredients in the batter mix to make it a thick paste.

    Coat all the vegetables except the bread balls with the batter mix and Marinate it for 10 mins.

    Deep fry the vegetables in the oil and keep it aside

    In a pan, add 2 tbsp of oil, cumin seeds and heat for a min till the flavor comes out.

    Now add chopped onion, garlic,chopped green chili and stir for 2 mins till onion is translucent.

    Now add rest of the gravy ingredients and cook for another 2 mins

    Sprinkle little water so as to not to make it dry

    Now add the fried vegetables along with the bread balls and toss it with the gravy
