- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 cup maida / plain flour
- ¾ cup water
- 4 tsp pizza sauce
- small cubes onion
- few sliced capsicum

Instructions
Roll out the prepared pizza dough to your desired thickness and gently transfer it onto a lightly greased tawa.
Press around the edge of the dough to make a shallow border, letting the crust puff up slightly.
Poke the center of the base with a fork to stop it from ballooning while cooking.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the base, leaving the edge plain.
Arrange onion, capsicum, olives, tomato slices, and jalapenos on top.
Sprinkle a generous layer of grated mozzarella cheese over the veggies.
Finish layering with chilli flakes and mixed herbs.
Cover the tawa with a lid and cook on the lowest heat for about 8 minutes or until the cheese has fully melted and the base is cooked.
Slice the hot tawa pizza and serve immediately.

Tips:
For a crispier base, pre-heat the tawa for a few minutes before placing the dough on it., Use veggies that cook quickly and aren’t too watery to avoid a soggy base., Always cook on a low flame to ensure even cooking and prevent a burnt crust., Ready-made pizza base or tomato ketchup with mixed herbs can be used for quick shortcuts.
